A Survey on Migration and Leacing of Heavy Metals from Cast iron Utensils in liquor environments and food simlants

Title

A Survey on Migration and Leacing of Heavy Metals from Cast iron Utensils in liquor environments and food simlants

Principal Investigator

Dr. Gholam Reza Jahedkaniki

Abstract

the results showed that there was no significant difference between any drop of each of the metals as cadmium, chromium, iron, molybdenum and nickel and the method of use and maintenance of water at ambient temperature and boils at cast iron containers could not be observed (z < 1.96, 0.05<p). Amounts of each metal in cast iron containers production inside have been released in lemon drop in various maintenance times. Chromium, iron and nickel higher values than they have been measured. In different times of lemon juice storage in containers, Iron is made of the highest value in the relationship view. Also, there was no significant difference between acetic acid and lemon juice storage with the release of the containers shown in cast iron metals observed (z <1.96, 0.05<p). But, the reserve of water and acetic acid medium (1.96<z, p<0.05) and water and lemon juice (1.96 <z, p<0.05) in cast iron containers and the migration of cadmium, chromium, iron, and nickel was a significant difference
