Background and aim: Strategies to prevent and manage Early Childhood Caries (ECC) are essential to improve children's oral and physical health. Present study aimed to investigate changes in the Streptococcus mutans count as well as the caries process, after applying Silver Diamine Fluoride (SDF) and Coconut Oil.
