Abstract |
چکیده لاتین Contamination of animal feed, climate with heavy metals is the main reason for the biological accumulation of these metals in biomass, especially plants and animal feed. This contamination can be transmitted to humans through foods such as milk and can cause side effects. Contamination of animal feed with aflatoxins also leads to contamination of livestock and due to the stability of aflatoxin M1 in the processing stages of milk such as pasteurization, sterilization, cheese and yogurt and other dairy products and due to the accumulation of mycotoxins in the body increases the risk of cancer. In order to measure heavy metals and aflatoxin M1 in industrial and traditional valves offered in Tehran. This descriptive-analytical study was performed in the years 1399-1400. To measure heavy metals, 83 milk samples were prepared, including 49 samples of industrial milk and 34 samples of traditional milk, of which 49 samples of industrial milk include 17 different brands of milk. To measure heavy metals, the samples were first reduced to ash, then acidic digestion and preparation for heavy metal measurement were injected into the ICP. To measure aflatoxin M1, 84 milk samples were selected, including 40 samples of industrial milk and 40 samples of traditional milk. All samples were then transferred to the laboratory and frozen. After defrosting, the milk fat was separated. The sample was prepared and after washing the immunophytic column, the amount of aflatoxin M1 was measured by HPLC-FLD method. |
